Yoga Poses to Strengthen Your Hair

DOWNWARD Facing DOG:

This pose of yoga is also known as the ADHO MUKHA SAVASANA. For this pose, you need to stand in table position and our knees and elbows should be straight. Now just inhale and then exhale.

At the time of doing this yoga, you should be in the ‘V’ position. And your leg should be apart from each other. Now push your hips outwards. Press the ground with your palm and then push your neck outwards. Wait for 15 to 30 seconds and do it regularly.

This helps to increase the blood circulation in your body. And provides fresh blood to flow from the head. Also, this pose helps to cure back pain.

DIAMOND POSE:

This pose is also called the VAJRAANSANA. This is great for releasing stress which will help to reduce hair loss.

How to do: Firstly, you need to bend down on your knees and then sit on your buttock. Now interlock your toes, and your spine and neck should be straight. Now place your palm on your knees.

Just relax with your eyes closed and meditate for some time. Inhale and Exhale for 2-10 minutes.

STANDING FORWARD BEND: 

This pose is called the UTTANANSANA. First, stand straight, the shoulder should be tightened.

Now let your torso to hang down and tighten your leg as much as possible.

Push your chin towards your chest.  Then rest your shoulders. And then place your head towards the ground. Here keep your spine straight. Stay in the same position for 3 minutes.


Benefits:  It provides energy to the cells that are present on your head. It relieves stress from your mind and prevents you from the disease called insomnia.


HEAD STAND POSE:

This pose is also called SIRASANA. First, you need to sit on your knees and then place your head on the floor and place both the hands at back of your head.

Now try to straighten your leg upside and then free it in the air. So that it will bend on the other side. Rest for some time and then take along breathe and exhale.

Benefits: This pose helps to get relief from stress. provides strength to your cells, keeps your body cool and calm and also, stabilizes your mind. This pose also nourishes the brain and enhances blood circulation.

CAMEL POSE: 

Bow on the tangle and, spot your hands on the hips. Make sure that the bottoms of the feet are facing the roof and knees are in accordance with the shoulders. Raise your tailbone towards the pubis on inward breath such that you can feel a draw at the navel.

Curve the back while doing this. Spot your palms on the feet and fix the arms. Keep the neck in an impartial position. Hold the stance for 30-60 seconds.

Benefits: This pose balances our chakras and provides relief from the stress. Also, it enhances proper digestion. It helps to give the right posture to our body.
